Why We Love Account Manager Visits (And You Will Too)

At CommSoft, we believe that real partnership happens face-to-face—and our Account Manager visits are a cornerstone of that commitment. Each year, we aim to visit as many of our customers as possible, and the feedback we receive is clear: these visits make a real impact.

What Happens During a Visit?

Every visit includes a complimentary Enterprise Certification Audit of your CommSoft software and hardware environment. This hands-on evaluation helps us:

  • Identify potential revenue leakage
  • Assess security and compliance risks
  • Ensure key iCommV features are fully utilized
  • Review your backup and recovery processes
  • Offer system and performance recommendations tailored to your operation

Cross-Team Collaboration

We don't just meet with IT. Our Account Managers connect with stakeholders across all departments: Accounting, Sales, Field Technicians, Plant Ops, and the Billing Team, to answer questions, troubleshoot real-world challenges, and gather feedback that fuels future product enhancements.

This 360-degree approach helps us better align with your operational goals and ensure CommSoft continues to be the right-fit platform as your business grows and evolves.

And Yes—We Share a Meal...or Two

Some of the best insights happen over lunch! Over the years, these lunches have included everything from taco pizza in Minnesota, halibut tacos in Alaska, burgers and fries at an open-air pub in the Virgin Islands (with chickens running free waiting for a dropped nibble), as well as regional favorites like bologna sliders, hush puppies, and fried green tomatoes in Georgia.  These casual meals allow us to deepen relationships, share stories, and simply enjoy your local flavor.

We look forward to our next visit with your team—because our success is rooted in yours. Let’s keep building it together.

While attending the NTTA Tribal Regional Summit in Santa Fe this November, our very own Hannah Bowser was unexpectedly invited to join a breakout panel titled “Billing with Precision: Designing Systems for Revenue Assurance and Customer Trust.” The session, aimed at tribal broadband providers preparing to expand their telecom services, wasn’t about software platforms—it focused on real-world strategies for customer care and billing operations. In other words, it was right in Hannah’s wheelhouse.

With no prep time and zero warning, Hannah stepped in and delivered an insightful, well-rounded perspective drawn from her deep industry experience. She brought clarity to complex topics and offered guidance that resonated with the room—showcasing not only her product expertise, but her broader strategic knowledge as well.

Let’s be honest: how many of us could be tapped on the shoulder and jump into a 75-minute panel without breaking a sweat? Hannah did it with confidence, clarity, and (probably) a smile. We’re incredibly proud—but not even a little surprised.
