CommSoft's Next Release - v10.02 will be available December 20th 2024

As you know, we typically release our base software (iCommVergence, CABS, Financials and Inventory, CommForce, and MyCommV Field Workforce Portal) twice a year in the spring and fall.  This year we unfortunately had a delay for release 10.01.  Because of this, our 10.02 release will also be delayed approximately 60 days so it will land in December.  Thank you for your understanding!

What's New With Our Products?

Release 10.01 now supports using only the last 4 digits of SSN for residential customers and the full 9 digit EINs for Business customers. Not keeping the full SSN in your database is a plus in case of a data breach. NOTE: Any customer on V9.9 or higher will be able to turn on this feature, so upgrading to 10.01 is not required to utilize it. CommSoft will also be able to assist with cleanup of existing 9 Digit SSNs in your system utilizing utility programs that have been created.

GPS Integration into your field technician’s daily activities - check out Case 94869. The Field Workforce Portal’s integration to WEX telematics displays active vehicles’ status and location on a map.
