Ragland Telephone and Internet Goes Live!

We’re excited to announce that on Monday, January 5th, Ragland Telephone and Internet in Alabama officially went live on iCommVergence!

Faced with a tight deadline to transition off their previous platform before their first billing run of the new year, the Ragland team set an ambitious timeline—and our team delivered. Led by Hannah Bowser, the CommSoft implementation team rose to the challenge with focused execution, collaborative momentum, and excellent partnership from everyone at Ragland.

We’re proud to welcome Ragland Telephone as the newest member of the CommSoft Community, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth and success!

Claro Puerto Rico Begins Implementation of CommSoft’s CABS Solution!

We’re excited to share that Claro Puerto Rico, also known as Puerto Rico Telephone Company, has officially kicked off the implementation of our Carrier Access Billing System (CABS)!

As the largest telecommunications provider in Puerto Rico, Claro has a nearly 100-year legacy of delivering voice, broadband, long distance, wireless, and directory publishing services to residents and businesses across the island. Headquartered in Guaynabo, Claro plays a vital role in keeping Puerto Rico connected.

Leading the charge on the CommSoft side is CABS Product Manager Andrea Rutkowski, who has been working closely with the Claro team to define requirements and assemble the necessary tariffs and data to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
